These terms apply to every enquiry and order placed with Shop Crackers Online through shopcrackeronline.com, by WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our refund policy and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

shopcrackeronline.com is run by Sivakasi Enterprises, 4-135 L, Mettamalai, Sattur–Sivakasi Road, Tamil Nadu 626203 (GSTIN 33AWSPA1773E3ZN). Fireworks cannot be sold through e-commerce websites, so this website is for you to see the products we have and send us an enquiry. We contact you after your enquiry to confirm it, and you pay us directly from your own UPI app or bank account. The website does not take card or online payments.

2. Orders

• The minimum order is ₹3,000 of products, before delivery charges.
• You receive an Order ID and an order-status link when you order. An order is confirmed only after we verify your full payment.
• Prices are tax included and are the prices you pay. The printed MRP is shown for comparison only.
• If a product is out of stock, we offer a similar product of equal value or refund that item before dispatch.
• Product photos show the product type. Packaging and colours can vary between batches.
• You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. Payment

• Pay only to the Sivakasi Enterprises account shown on our how to order page, by UPI or bank transfer.
• Full payment is required before dispatch. There is no cash on delivery.
• Pay the exact amount shown with your order and send the transaction ID or screenshot with your Order ID.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account or payee name.

4. Delivery

• Orders travel by parcel service or lorry to the booking office nearest the city you choose. There is no home delivery. You collect the parcel with the LR number and a photo ID.
• Delivery is free on product totals above ₹10,000 in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, and above ₹25,000 in other states. Below that, the charge for your state is shown before you confirm.
• Transit times on the delivery chart are estimates. Orders placed and paid before a city’s last order date are guaranteed to arrive before Diwali, or refunded in full.
• Delivery is carried out by third-party transport companies. Any door-delivery or storage charges they levy are paid to them directly.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Paid orders can be cancelled before dispatch, with a 15% cancellation fee. Delivered orders cannot be returned. Full details are in our refund policy.

6. Safe and lawful use

Fireworks must be stored, carried and used safely, and only where and when local rules allow. The buyer is responsible for following local regulations and our safety tips. Children should use fireworks only under adult supervision.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, unsafe storage or use of the products, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as transport strikes, weather or government restrictions.

8. Content

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Sivakasi Enterprises and may not be copied without written permission. Brand names belong to their manufacturers.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the courts at Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
