Ordering & payment
How do I order?
Add products on the order page, place the order, pay from your own UPI app or bank and send us the payment proof. See how to order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹3,000 of products. Gift boxes start at ₹3,000.
How do I pay?
By PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, any UPI ID or bank transfer, straight to the Sivakasi Enterprises business account. The details appear the moment you place your order and are on our how to order page.
Why is there no card or online payment option?
Fireworks cannot be sold through e-commerce websites, so this website is for you to see the products we have and send us an enquiry. We contact you after your enquiry, and you pay us directly from your own UPI app or bank.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Only fully paid orders are packed and dispatched.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes, with every order. Prices are tax included.
Delivery
Do you deliver to my state?
We ship across India by parcel service and lorry to the booking office nearest you. There is no home delivery. See shipping locations.
When is the last date to order for Diwali?
It depends on your city, from Wednesday 14 October for the northern states to Wednesday 4 November for Tamil Nadu and Bangalore. See the delivery chart.
Is delivery free?
Free above ₹10,000 in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, and above ₹25,000 in all other states.
How do I track my order?
Use your personal order-status link. It shows payment, packing and dispatch, and the LR number once your parcel is booked.
Refunds
What if my order does not arrive before Diwali?
If you ordered and paid before your city’s last order date, we refund the full amount.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel before dispatch. Fireworks cannot be sent back by transport, so delivered orders cannot be returned. See our refund policy.
