Orders go from Sivakasi by parcel service and lorry to the booking office nearest you. We book with established parcel services such as Parveen Express, MSS Transports and Rathimeena Speed Parcel, along with our own transport.
Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry
Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Vellore, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Namakkal, Karur, Dindigul, Theni, Rajapalayam, Kovilpatti, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Pondicherry and towns across the state.
South India
Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
West & North India
Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and the northern states, to the booking office in or nearest your city.
Delivery charges
- Free on product totals above ₹10,000 in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.
- Free on product totals above ₹25,000 in all other states.
- Below these amounts, the charge for your state is shown on the order page before you confirm. The minimum order is ₹3,000.
How delivery works
- No courier, no home delivery. Couriers do not carry fireworks, so every order goes to a parcel or lorry booking office. You collect it there, or pay the office separately if it offers door delivery.
- You choose the drop point. When you order, give the nearest city or town with a booking office. Not sure? WhatsApp us and we will suggest one.
- You get the LR number. Once your parcel is booked, your order-status page shows the Lorry Receipt (LR) number and the booking office details. The office or driver calls when it arrives.
- Bring a photo ID. Take the LR number and a photo ID when you collect. Outside Tamil Nadu the transport company may also ask for your Aadhaar or PAN.
Check the Diwali 2026 delivery chart for your city’s last order date. Orders paid before that date are guaranteed to arrive before Diwali, or fully refunded.
