Where do you ship from?
From Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. Every order is checked and packed at our premises before it is booked.
Do you deliver to my home?
No. Couriers do not carry fireworks, so orders travel by parcel service or lorry to the booking office nearest you and you collect them there. Some offices will bring the parcel to your door for an extra charge you pay them directly.
How long does delivery take?
About 2–3 days within Tamil Nadu, 2–6 days to Bangalore, 3–6 days to other southern cities and 7–15 days to the northern states, counted from the day the parcel is booked. The delivery chart lists each last order date.
Will my order arrive before Diwali?
Yes, if you place and pay for it before your city’s last order date. Those orders are guaranteed to arrive before Diwali (Sunday 8 November 2026), or we refund you in full.
How much is delivery?
Free on product totals above ₹10,000 in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, and above ₹25,000 in all other states. Below that, the charge for your state is shown before you confirm.
What details do you need from me?
Your name, WhatsApp number, full address and the nearest city with a lorry or parcel booking office. Outside Tamil Nadu, keep your Aadhaar or PAN ready, as the transport company may ask for it.
How do I track my parcel?
Every order has a personal order-status link that shows payment, packing and dispatch. Once the parcel is booked, it shows the LR number and the booking office details. The office can tell you where the consignment is, and the driver calls when it arrives.
What do I need to collect it?
The LR number and a photo ID. Please collect promptly, as booking offices may charge for storage.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Take photos before opening it and WhatsApp them with your Order ID to +91 79045 67729 within 24 hours of collection. We check with the transport company and replace or refund the damaged items.
Can I change the delivery city after ordering?
Yes, until the parcel is booked. WhatsApp us your Order ID and the new city. The delivery charge may change if the new city is in another state.
